This Blueberry power shake is the perfect breakfast to start your morning off and it’s super easy. Combine all the ingredients in a blender in order until smooth…you may have to add a little water if too thick. Serves two portions. Something fun to do would be to pour mixture into popsicle containers for an evening treat!
4 ice cubes
1 cup fresh / frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1/2 ripe avocado, 3 TBSP unsweetened creamy almond or nut butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup unsweetened Almond milk
