I bring out all the fun toys such as the rope climb, tire flip, climbing wall, sled push, running tire drag, sandbag carry and more. It’s set up as six different circuits with a six minute time cap in each. One minute rest between stations. It’s a challenging full body workout! THIS WILL NOT be your first class. This is a class you will work up to. If you are doing POPAT Training with me, this is a great class to complement that training.
