Mondays & Thursdays – STARTING Jan 19th – Feb 26th. 10:30am-11:30am.
OR
Wednesdays / Fridays – STARTING Jan 21st – Feb 27th. 10:30am-11:30am.
*2 classes a week / 6 weeks / $360+tax. March we will start a monthly pass. TBA.
*Pre-registration is required to ensure your spot. I want to keep classes size small to ensure lots of one-on-one training.

Contact me by filling out the fitness questionnaire. Please take the time to fill out your goals, any injuries or concerns you have… The more I know about you, the better I can tailor the workout to your needs.
I will contact you back and set up your pre-registration details. Payment made in full via e-transfer ONLY melleeder@melfit.ca to save your spot.
